Case studies 

The Regulatory Reform Unit of the Telecommunication Development Bureau (BDT), conducts every year case studies on various regulatory aspects of telecommunications and ICTs in response to a growing demand from the ITU membership for regulatory best practice guidelines, and to complement the annual publication Trends in Telecommunication Reform. The theme of the case studies is identified by participants to the annual Global Symposium for Regulators (GSR).

The mini case studies were fed into a larger National Regulatory Dispute Resolution Study conducted by ITU/BDT and the World Bank.
