The 8th World Telecommunication/ICT Indicators Meeting (WTIM) took place in Geneva, Switzerland, from 24-26 November 2010. The WTIM, which is organized by the Telecommunication Development Bureau's Market, Information and Statistics Division, is the key forum for discussing telecommunication/ICT measurement issues at the international level.

WTIMs are open to the ITU membership and primarily addressed to those responsible for ICT statistics in relevant Ministries, regulatory agencies, telecommunication operating companies and national statistical offices. The meeting is also open to representatives from the United Nations and its specialized agencies, national and regional telecommunication/ICT organisations and other experts interested in the subject of information society measurement.
