The training on How to establish an ICT indicator database in Indonesia took place between 29 October to 2 November 2007.The training familiarized statisticians and data collectors, both from the national statistics offices and telecommunication regulatory authorities, with ITU definitions and the collection of telecommunication/ICT indicators, as well as data collection and dissemination of ICT statistics using an ICT household survey. In particular, ITU delivered presentations on the definition of telecommunication/ICT indicators; data collection techniques; and the aggregation of data using company annual reports.
