At the kind invitation of the Administration of Ukraine, the Telecommunication Development Bureau (BDT) of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) is organizing the Seminar “Tariff Policies and Interconnection of Telecommunication Operators’ Networks”. The seminar will be held from 15 to 17  September 2010 in Odessa, Ukraine and hosted by the Odessa National Academy of Telecommunications named after A.S. Popov (ONAT).

The main aims of this seminar are to share experiences and inform participants of the latest developments on the issues related to tariff policy and regulation of operators’ networks interconnection which should  be addressed to facilitate the creation of dynamic and competitive ICT markets and to provide users with wide access to ICT services.

The seminar is opened to all ITU Members States, Sectors Members and Associates from CIS and other regions wishing to contribute to the work. Individuals belonging to international, regional or national organizations may also participate. The Academy and all associated and related institutions are all welcome.
