Pre-registrations should be confirmed not later than
18 September 2009, except for fellowship
applicants who need to register and submit their completed fellowship
application forms latest by Friday, 31 July 2009.
Fellowship Applications (for
eligible countries in the Asia-Pacific region, within
budget available)
Within the budget available, one full fellowship covering air ticket and daily subsistence allowance will be granted
per country, to participants from Least Developed Countries (LDCs) and from Low-Income Developing countries in the Asia-Pacific region, if they are duly authorized by their administration.
While the number of delegates from any country is not limited, countries will bear the costs of any additional delegate.
To apply for a fellowship, you must first register online and click the appropriate box on the form. Upon the acceptance of your registration,
you will receive the fellowship application form by e-mail.
You are requested to fill it out, sign it and have it approved by a duly authorized officer of your administration who should sign it and stamp it with the official stamp of the administration.
Once completed, you may either scan it and e-mail it to ITU
Telecommunication Development Bureau (BDT) at
bdtfellowships(at)itu.int
OR fax it to +41 22 730 5778.
