The main objectives: - Access to technical and scientific knowledge for continuous assessment and evaluation of communication networks in various parts of the country as well as Software and hardware infrastructure needed to measure system - Access to analysis strategies and use of gathered information and making decisions based on the information - Design a targeted program of experiments on various network measurements - Measuring systems on the network topology design
