This bill was drafted to form a regulatory framework that will ensure an enabling environment to the promotion of access to efficient and affordable postal services to both the urban and rural communities. Evolution of the global postal sector makes it mandatory to reform our domestic postal system. This policy is in line with objectives of the WSIS Action Line C3.
