Integrated Information System for Cadastre and Property Register (IISCPR) is a national level system, which combines two important registers- cadastral map and the property register. The system is in operational mode from 01.02.2009. The main objective of IISCPR is to facilitate equitable land markets and secure property rights by supporting the establishment and maintenance of a property based registration system as well as an integrated cadastre system.
The system includes three major components:
• Cadastral component: to be implemented at the CA to support the business processes related with cadastral registration, update, and extend national mapping to provide a common geographic referencing system.
• Real estate property component: to be implemented at the Registry Agency (RA) for both, urban and rural areas containing information about the property ownership.
• Public (web based) component: must allow end-users – professionals as well as citizens – to search and retrieve property information from the cadastre and the property register. It is accessible via the web site http://icadastre.bg;
