In Sudan there are 3 million out of schoolchildren, millions of women and farmers , thousands of IT and computer science college students and persons with disability have accessibility problems to ICT. Telecentres are public places where people can access computers, Internet, and other digital technologies that enable them to gather information, create and communicate with others and develop essential digital skills. Gedaref digital city with the support of its partners use these Telecentres for marginalized, disadvantage and under-served communities to access ICT to connect the unconnected to bridge the digital divide in easy and replicable ways.
