2006 was marked by providing English-language content for the prototype of the Moscow City Portal, which is being developed in the context of city program “E-Moscow”. The work was completed by IIS on demand of the state unitary enterprise “Granit Center”. IIS also took part in developing a program and principles of preliminary tests of the portal’s 2nd phase.
IIS developed technical platform of the portal and a number of electronic services, including personalization, different types of search, fora, virtual university, electronic library, labour exchange, projects database, static and dymanic collections ("knowledge baskets"), electronic notifications.
