Analysis of Main Trends in ICT Development for the period till 2030
Activity description:
The work was accomplished in 2009 on request of the Ministry of Communications of RF. Long-term problems and challenges as well as major factors of the communications and IT sectors development in Russia and in leading industrial countries have been determined. IIS experts outlined an hierarchy of most important goals and objectives for an innovative development of the above sector for medium- and long-term perspective. They also designed a technological road map of the sector’s development in Russian Federation till 2030.
