Ths project's first phase includes the implementation of developing e-learning certified courses in topics related to spreading the Equal Opportunity concept within the National Budgets of Egypt. Upon the success of the first phase the project scope can be expanded to deliver the developed courses to other MENA countries.
The courses topics will include:
• Advocacy
• Gender and Development
• Mainstreaming Gender in macroeconomic policies
• Gender sensitive indicators and statistics
• Types of budgets
• Gender responsive budgets
• Gender responsive budgeting tools
• Performance based budgets
