Twinning Programme on the development of the electronic communications market
Activity description:
Based on the European program PHARE and Transition Facility (EU funds), CMT has developed with Polish and Bulgarian counterparts the Twinning programme called Effective development of the electronic communications market. The objective of this project was to provide support and training to experts of the beneficiary national agency, aiming to transpose the European regulatory framework into the national law and to the day-to-day regulatory dynamics.
Under this program, CMT’s highly qualified experts visited their Bulgarian and Polish counterparts, making possible the exchange of best practices and technical expertise on the market analysis procedures, essential for a market regulation which is targeted to achieve a real level of competition for the benefit of the consumers.
