This publication addresses the difficulties of selecting indicators which effectively measure the results of ICT related projects. Selected case studies illustrate these difficulties with best practices and lessons learned. In addition, the study suggests methodological frameworks for the development of new indicators which will better address the complexities of ICT for development activities.
