Activity:	Training workshop on Measuring ICT Indicators website of the activity

Activity description:	This workshop was organized in partnership with the Kuwait Central Agency for Information Technology. The agenda was based on “Core ICT Indicators”, a publication issued by the Partnership on Measuring ICT for Development. The workshop provided training on indicators related to: a) ICT infrastructure and access; b) Access to and use of ICT by households and individuals; c) Use of ICT by businesses; d) ICT sector and trade in ICT goods; and e) ICT in education. The workshop also highlighted the statistical methodologies used in household and business surveys. It concluded with training on the ESCWA Statistical Information System (ESIS).
