Kenya - Research in Rural ICT Distribution (ReRuralCT)
Indigenous People and ICT
ICT is Information Communication Technology. It includes information venues, a source of knowledge, and a means of uniting humanity.
The indigenous community is constrained in achieving the foretasted. Survival is through, peer to peer education, community gathering, co working, songs, and other cultural means. ICT has to include ubiquitous distribution services.
Availability of radios, televisions, videos, cinemas, including print and energy distribution contribute to effective distribution.
Has the entire world been provided with ICT services? Does Action Plan include the rural poor in the development structure? What can be done to achieve Digital Connectivity For All, and reduce mass disasters?
