Activity description: Reflect-ICT is a pilot project in ten locations of Bangladesh with a goal to learn about ways and mens of narrowing digital divide. We have expereince of social mobilization for the last twenty years with 100 partner NGOs using Reflect approach. Reflect is blending of Pedagogy of adult education with various participatory tools. Very recently we have started piloting blending experiential learning with external information. There is a possibility we shall add community radio to add value in the on going process of minimizing digital divide.
