InWent supports in cooperation with other development programmes educational and vocational training institutions and organizations, who want to further qualify their human resources in order to provide e-Learning courses as an integrated part of their institutional training portfolio. Further more, the project provides capacity building for regional e-Learning Centres to serve the regional demand for e-Services. There are 3 locations where e-Learning Centres will be set up and supported by InWEnt during formation and implementation phases.
For this purpose 60 specialists and executive staff are trained in e-Learning. This personal is to spread the knowledge obtained and to train other human resources in order to become experts for e-Learning.
