The core business of the Australian Indigenous HealthInfoNet is a major Internet resource of knowledge and information about the health of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. The Office for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health (OATSIH) supports and funds the Australian Indigenous HealthInfoNet through Edith Cowan University and has done so since its inception in 1997 when it was known as the National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Clearinghouse.
