A national wide-area network infrastructure is being established in the country to connect the Federal Government with Regional Governments and District level administration. This system provides videoconferencing, Internet connectivity, messaging and information exchange services, which are believed to improve communications between the various tiers of Government to facilitate and enable effective and efficient provision of services to the public.
