This project seeks to assist governments in implementing e-government. The project is a direct response to the Declaration of the first phase of the World Summit on Information Society in Geneva (December 2003) and implements essential parts of the Tokyo Declaration for the World Summit on Information Society, the Millennium Development Declaration, and other relevant international mandates. The intended project outcome is to provide an opportunity to share experiences of implementing e-Government in the participating countries, and to draft action plans to introduce or enhance e-Government.
