Activity description: The CIRN Inaugual Conference and Colloquium 2004 provided an opportunity for some 100 researchers, practitioners, and policy makers to present findings and reflect on key issues of concern for the future of enabling communities with Information and Communication Technology and particularly around the theme of the conference "Sustainability and Community Technology".
