Implemented technical cooperation project “Capacity-building for ICT Policymaking” – to support 5 central Asian Coutrneis + Azerbaijan to develop national e-strategies.
Organized conference on “Technological Readiness for Innovation-based Competitiveness: Promoting an Enabling Information and Communication Technology Policy and Regulatory Framework” in 2009.
Jointly worked on project “Knowledge Networks through ICT Access Points for Disadvantaged Communities” in Central Asia and this facilitated the creation of Eurasian Telecentre Network,
Main activities are carried out in the framework of UN-SPECA programme and supporting Project Working Group on ICT for Development, and Project Working Group on Knowledge-based Development which includes organizing many capacity-building activities on ICT policy development.
