| Activity description: | The Bill was drafted to establish a converged regulatory authority that will regulate the telecommunications, braodcasting, postal subsectors and the Informations Communication Technoogy as a whole. Monitoring the activities of these subsectors in a concerted manner is expected to bring optimal regulation and convergence of services. The different subsectors were regulated by different entities and as a result some boundaries were formed in providing services. |
