| Activity description: | Dubai Quality Group aims to develop a well-educated and skilled workforce and to raise the overall performance level of the local business environment. The Dubai Quality Group was set up as a non-profit business organization by the Department of Economic Development under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum. The Group offers many programs throughout the year with the objective of improving Quality and Service among its member organizations. Since inception in February 1994, the DQG has grown to include more than 1500 individuals representing over 300 prominent organizations from both the private and public sectors. The DQG organizes activities aimed at developing the professional and managerial expertise of individuals. The DQG has close links with professional bodies and academic institutes in other countries. It provides an excellent environment for its members to meet and exchange ideas, information and expertise. It is a forum where all types of organizations can benefit from each other. |
