| Activity description: | The project intend to create understand of WSIS policy in Somalia, create employement opportunities through, skills training development in the ICTs feilds, establishment of national E-strategy for Somalia as state level as well as federal levels that mitigates the penetration of telecommunication developments. The project targets to maintain regulations and deregulations of the national e-strategy and ICTs policy. Operational activties to reflects the realistic of the WSIS programs.construction of project website in line with the AFRICA WSIS IMPLEMEATION PLAN OF ACTION ISSUES by the UNECA/AISI office agreed African Ministries of telecommunications. |
