“Creation of an electronic ticket in public transport and passengers’ information system” |
| Activity description: | This project is planned to create a sustainable system of public urban transport management and electronic payment for transportation of passengers. The project is being implemented in the three big cities of Lithuania: Vilnius, Kaunas and Klaipėda. It is predicted that passengers will be able to plan their time and save the money while using public urban transport, more passengers of public transport will be attracted and public transport administration and subsidy costs as well as exploitation costs will be reduced. |
