Accès à l’information et à la communication dans les zones rurales |
| Activity description: | Le secteur privé via son organisation OPTIC s’engage à promouvoir l’accès à l’information et à la communication dans les zones rurales en utilisant les technologies adéquates (ADSL, SMS, GPRS, Wifi, etc.). En plus d’un lieu pour les échanges classiques (téléphonie, messagerie, navigation), ces centres d’information pourraient être utilisés pour véhiculer des informations liées au commerce, à la santé, à l’éducation, à la formation continue, au climat, aux démarches administratives, etc. L’ambition du projet est d’ériger au minimum un centre d’information par village en partenariat avec le secteur public, les ONG et les médias. Le contenu serait adapté selon les besoins des zones à couvrir. Certaines conditions doivent être remplies au préalable pour assurer le succès du projet notamment l’électrification des zones à couvrir |
