| Activity description: | One of the major strategic objectives of the ongoing Public Administration Reform Process (PAR) in Vietnam is to improve the public service delivery. Due to the rapid ICT development the Internet accessibility is increasing continuously in Vietnam. Thus, providing well structured information about public administration and public services via internet portals will ease the communication between citizen and public administration and improve public service delivery. Within our project we will setup two “Public Administration Portals” with eGovernment facilities as a best-practice example for other cities in Vietnam. |
