| Activity description: | "Demand and Value Assessment Methodologies – assist agencies to develop transparent and auditable assessments of demand and value propositions for online government programs Better Practice Checklists - developed in consultation with agencies to provide practical assistance on key e-government issues Communities of Practice (CoP) - AGIMO developed Guidelines for establishing and facilitating Communities of Practice to assist agencies in setting up COPs. Four CoPs established - Content Management, E-democracy, Marketing E-government, Australian Government Agencies in Victoria. Seminars and Information forums held in Canberra and capital cities to facilitate information sharing between government agencies. Australian Government Design - Guidance for the online environment - guidance to help departments and agencies ensure the Australian Government Design is consistently applied when used in the online environment. User Profiling and Testing Toolkit - developed in consultation with portal managers to assist agencies match their online content to the expectations of their clients. Case study publications - Transforming Government volume 1 and 2 provide case studies of innovative uses of ICT in the Australian Government. Australian Government Web Guide provides Australian government agencies with a single point of access to guidelines and resources for the online environment. Online Information Service Obligations (OISOs) - ensure that information on Commonwealth agencies and agency services are available online. " |
