| Activity description: | This is part of the report on research activity entitled "Developing a Concept of the Russia Development Gateway" related to topic #21.3.14 of the Federal Program "eRussia (2002-2010)" supported by the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Russian Federation. The document contains a comparative analysis of e-Readiness of six Russian regions - Tula, Kaliningrad, Novgorod, Perm, Chelyabinsk regions and Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Area - Yugra.
