| Activity description: | This analytical report applied the methodology developed by the Center for International Development of Harvard University. The report was completed in May-July 2001 by the expert group as part of the grant from the infoDev Program of The World Bank. This report represents the first attempt to consolidate disorganized data about Russia’s e-Development and to add the expert opinions to these data regarding the building of the Information Society in Russia. |
