| Activity description: | This activity represents an expansion of the Russia Development Gateway project. The pilot segment of this Network was developed with Institute of the Information Society coordination in 2003 as part of the Federal Program eRussia with the support of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Russian Federation. Currently the Network is supported by the Development Gateway Foundation and by the regional administrations of the City of Saint Petersburg, Novgorod region, Perm region, Khanty-Mansi autonomous region - Yugra, and Kaliningrad region. |
