| Activity description: | The aim is to stimulate economic growth through holistic change to education. High quality electronic content is being built and deployed in K-12 schools through teachers with laptops and projectors, for whole class teaching in everyday lessons. e-Curricula covering over 6000 lessons in Maths, Science, Arabic, English-as-a-Foreign-Language and ICT are under construction; The Math curricula is already deployed. Life long learning for adults will follow. Local capacity is being built, including new pedagogical skills and local ICT companies. The intent is to re-use the model in multiple developing countries and several are now in the feasibility stage. |
