| Activity description: | NetAid was created NetAid was founded in 1999 by Cisco and UNDP. The objective of NetAid has been to mobilize support for an end to extreme poverty by bringing individuals, companies and organizations together in ways that expand opportunities for the world’s poorest families and communities. NetAid provides direct connections to local projects throughout the developing world that measurably improve the lives of people. The Internet is a key tool in NetAid’s efforts to join people together in the fight against extreme poverty. |
