'WSIS E-Flash' was an on-line publication with news, events, initiatives and updates on the World Summit on the Information Society. 'WSIS E-Flash' was published by the Executive Secretariat on a regular basis from January 2003 until October 2006, replacing the 'WSIS Newsletter' that was published during the period March 2002 - July 2003.
