ITU and UNDP will hold the joint facilitation meeting on
action lines C2, C4, and C6, on 19-21 May 2008 in Geneva at:
ITU Headquarters, Rooms K1 and K2. This meeting is open to all WSIS
stakeholders.
This meeting will
be held in conjunction with a cluster of WSIS-related events
(13-23 May 2008) surrounding World Telecommunication and
Information Society Day (17 May). More information about the

| Joint Facilitation Meeting, Geneva, 16 May 2007 |
ITU and UNDP held the joint facilitation meeting on
action lines C2, C4, and C6, on 16 May 2007 in Geneva at: ITU Headquarters, Rooms K1
and K2,
from 9h00 to 15h00. This meeting was open to all WSIS
stakeholders.
The focus of this
joint meeting was on encouraging discussion on promising
approaches and key issues that need to be addressed to
facilitate implementation. Stakeholders interested in sharing a
written contribution for the 16 May meeting on
issues/lessons/ways forward from their related activities were
invited to submit
their written contribution.
This meeting was held in conjunction with a cluster of WSIS-related events
(14-25 May 2007) surrounding World Telecommunication and
Information Society Day (17 May). More information about the

| First Facilitation Meeting, Qatar, 9 March 2006 |

In line with para 108 and Annex of the
Tunis
Agenda for the Information Society, ITU organized a
facilitation meeting on WSIS Action Line C2, i.e. information and communication infrastructure.
The purpose of the meeting was information exchange and
discussion of the WSIS multi-stakeholder implementation process in the
field of information and communication infrastructure.
The meeting took place in conjunction with WTDC-06 in
Doha, Qatar, on 9 March 2006, in the Convention Center, Room Al
Majlis, to benefit from the presence of many WSIS
stakeholders present at WTDC-06. The meeting ran from
14h00 to 17h00. The meeting was open to all WSIS
stakeholders.
