Born in Paris in 1965. Attended the Institute for Political Studies, 1984. Assistant editor of Interavia Space Markets, a Jane's Information Group trade publication, 1988-91. Joined Euroconsult, a French independent consulting firm specialized in the satellite industry, in 1992. Currently a senior associate consultant, particularly in charge of the due diligence assessments Euroconsult performs on satellite projects for or in relation with the financial community, for which he worked on numerous business plans for equity firms, banks, satellite operators and manufacturers, their customers and shareholders, and government agencies around the world, with particular specialization in emergent markets. Author of several published Euroconsult reports, including Space Industries and Markets in Russia and Other Countries of the Former Soviet Union (1994), Asia-Pacific Satellite Communications and Broadcasting Market Opportunities: Prospects to 2005 (1995) and several of the World Space Market Survey annual reports. Taught history and business administration, as applied to the space and satellite service markets, at France's Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers and at similar institutions in France, South Korea and Senegal. Also serves as a special advisor to the Global VSAT Forum, a non-profit trade association of satellite communication companies, in charge of monitoring market developments around the world.
