Biography
Mr. Sinchai Kamolphiwong received Ph.D. degree from the University of New South Wales, Australia. He is now an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Prince of Songkla University (PSU), Thailand. He is a founder and a director of Centre for Network Research (CNR) and Center for NGI (Next Generation Internet). He leads 18 funded research projects. He publishes some of 100 technical papers. His main interest research areas are: NGN/NGI, Multimedia Communications, Tele-Medicine, Network Mobility, P2P, and Performance Evaluation. He is a co-founder of IPv6 forum Thailand, chair of IPv6 Thai-UniNet, a member of Asia-Pacific IPv6 Task Force, Advisor to the Permanent Secretary of MICT. He serves as chairs, co-chairs, advisory boards, and technical committees in various conferences, more than 80 of them.
