The four, quarterly released DVDs are an essential reference for public and private telecommunication operating agencies, manufacturers, government agencies, scientific or industrial organizations, international organizations, consultants, technical colleges and universities, among others.
Each DVD contains the current set of ITU-T Recommendations in force in Adobe® PDF files and in Microsoft® Office Word format. Some Recommendations, not yet available in their final edited format, are included in their provisional, pre-published format. Associated software programs are in general on the DVD-ROM, unless their volume prevents it, in which case they can be bought separately.
