  In charge of maintenance at the Telephone Exchange in Garoua, Cameroon.

• 1984-1986:
  Assistant Provincial Head of Service of Telecommunications for Far North Province in Maroua, Cameroon.

• 1989-1990:
  R & D Engineer (Head of Service) in the Cameroon Centre for Telecommunications Studies in Yaoundé, Cameroon.

• 1990-1998:
  Sub-Director for Radio Spectrum Management and Private Installations in the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications in Yaounde, Cameroon.

• 1998-1999:
  Provincial Delegate (Assistant Director) of Posts and Telecommunications for the South-West Province in Buea, Cameroon.

• since 1999:
  Assistant Director General of Telecommunications Regulatory Board (ART) of Cameroon in Yaounde, Cameroon.
   

ITU ACTIVITIES

• Participation to PP-02 in Marrakesh (Morocco) and the sessions of the Counsel since 1999.

• ITU-D activities
  - Cameroon national coordinator for the National Radiomaritime Master Plans Project for Africa South of the Sahara under the supervision of BDT (1992-1996).
  - Cameroon delegate to WTDC-02, Istanbul (Turkey).
  - Cameroon adviser to WTDC-06, Doha (Qatar).
  - Vice-Chairman of Committee 3 (Programmes/activities) at WTDC-06 Doha (Qatar).

• ITU-T activities
  - Cameroon delegate to WTSA-2000, Montreal (Canada) and to WTSA-04, Florianopolis (Brazil).
  - Vice-Chairman of Telecommunications Standardization Advisory Group (TSAG) since WTSA 2000 et WTSA-04.

• ITU-R activities
  - Member of the Radio Regulation Board (RRB) since 2002.
  - Participation as member of RRB to RA-03, WRC-03 and RRC-04.
  - Vice-Chairman of Working Group 2 of the Plenary at WRC-2000.
  - Assistant Head of Cameroon delegation to WRC-97, RA-97 and WRC-2000.
  - Cameroon delegate to WARC-92, WRC-93, WRC-95, RA-93 and RA-95.
  - Participation to the work of Study Group 1 (Spectrum management) since 1995.
  - Participation to the work of CPM, study cycles and ITU-R seminars.

OTHER ACTIVITIES

• Participation to the telecommunications work of INTELSAT, INMARSAT, RASCOM, ATU, ARTAC, COPTAC, ASECNA, IMO, ICAO, CTO and CAPTEF.

• Visiting Lecturer, Supervisor and Member of Jury for Dissertations at ENSPT, ENSP and IRIC.

• Production of manuals on telecommunications signalling.
