Consumer Ombudsman
The
Danish
Consumer Ombudsman is the authority responsible for the enforcement
of anti-spam rules incorporated into the Danish
Marketing Practices Act. The Act, implementing Directive 2002/58/EC,
adopts the soft opt-in regime (see page on European
Union anti-spam legislation).
