Circulation of IMT-2000 Terminals

| Description |
Ability of users to carry their terminals from one
country to another, and to use (or not) those terminals, if accepted and
connected by a network operator
responsible in the visited country. The Secretary-General was invited to investigate
means to facilitate global circulation. |
