Who should attend?
 Attendance
at the 2009 WTPF is free of charge and open to:
-
ITU Members (Member States and
Sector Members)
-
organizations admitted as
observers to ITU conferences and meetings
-
accredited media
representatives
-
the general public

Media representatives may also attend following
accreditation by
the ITU Press Office, but may not take part in Forum debates.

Interested members of the general public may attend plenary
proceedings but not take an active part in discussions and
debates. In order to attend the Forum and/or Strategic Dialogue,
individuals are required to have a proven interest in matters
related to the WTPF-09, along with expertise and experience in
Information Society issues.
Pre-registration
is mandatory.
