Focal points responsible for handling registration formalities received on 21 January 2009 a username and password providing access to the online system. This username and password enables the focal point to register all representatives of his/her delegation.

If you wish to modify the contact details of a focal point for participation, you are kindly requested to provide details of his/her Last name, First name and E-mail address and submit this information by official fax (+41 22 730 58 81) or by official e-mail at wtpfregistrationitu.int

ITU Sector Members and organizations that have the right to attend ITU conferences and meetings as observers are also invited to designate a focal point using the above-mentioned procedure.

• From Monday 20 to Friday 24 April 2009 : 08:00-12:30 and 13:30-17:30 hours

Participants who have not pre-registered will be required to present official proof of representation, i.e. letter of credentials or registration form, duly signed by a responsible officer or Designated Focal Point for participation; in case of observers, letter of representation signed by the head of the entity represented. In order to avoid delays, it is therefore highly recommended that Designated Focal Point for participation pre-register all representatives of their delegation.
