Stéphane Pallez is Deputy CFO of
France Telecom and has been member of the Executive Committee of
the Group since April 2004. In this capacity, she was Chairwoman
of the board of PagesJaunes Group from February to October 2006,
till the disposal of its stake in PagesJaunes by France Telecom.
She is also member of the Supervisory Board and Audit Committee
of Telekomunicakja Polska, the incumbent telco operator in
Poland.
Before joining France Telecom, Stéphane Pallez worked in
several positions at the French Treasury, including Deputy
Director at the board of the World Bank in Washington between
1988 and 1990. From 1991 to 1993, she was adviser on industrials
matters to the Minister of the Economy and Finance, Pierre
Bérégovoy then Michel Sapin.
During her career at the French Treasury, she was Assistant
Director in charge of Insurance Regulation from 1995 to 1998.
From 1998 to 2000, as Assistant Director in charge of “State
owned Companies”, she was member of the Board of Cogema (now
Areva), Gaz de France, Thomson, Bull, RATP, and ADP. Lastly, she
was between 2000 and 2004 Assistant Secretary for International
and European Affairs at the French Treasury, Chairwoman of the
Paris Club, member of the Board of the European Investment Bank
(EIB) and Agence Française de Développement (AFD).
Stéphane Pallez is a graduate of the Institut d’études
politiques de Paris (1980) and the Ecole nationale
d’administration (1984).
She is Knight of the National Order of Merit.
She sits on the board of the CIAM (Théâtre Musical du
Châtelet) and is a member of the Club “Le Siècle”. She is
married and has two children. |
