Dr Norman Lewis is the Director of Technology Research for Wanadoo SA and is responsible for driving innovation across the France Telecom Group. He has played this role in Freeserve.com in the UK for the past two years. Prior to joing Freeserve/Wanadoo, he was the Head of Research at one of the UK's leading Web integration Companies, cScape Ltd.

He was also the Director of GAP21 - a not for profit organisation which aimed to forge a global debate between policymakers, industry leaders, goverments, academia and civil society on the impact of ICTs on society in the Twenty First Century.
