Currently the general public can take advantage of unlimited free pdf downloads of most "in-force" ITU-T Recommendations.
   
As of January 2009, free access to ITU-R Recommendations is granted exclusively to ITU Members, for a trial basis until further notice, via their ITU Membership TIES account.
