Process
ITU must be satisfied that anyone applying for media accreditation is a professional journalist with a proven track record of reporting for bona fide media. Applications for media accreditation are considered on a case-by-case basis and the decisions of the ITU Media Relations Service are final. Applicants will be notified when their documents have been accepted.
To collect your badge, a valid passport or form of photo id. must be presented. Badges will be available for collection from the media registration counter as of 09:00 on Monday, 15 June.
We strongly recommend you register prior to the Event in order to avoid unnecessary delays in receiving your Media badge or in gaining full access to the venue. Please take special note that anyone registering onsite as a journalist must comply with the above procedure (i.e. letter of assignment plus additional media credentials and valid photo id).
Any queries concerning the media accreditation process should be directed to our ITU Media Relations Service.
