I believe the above letter has been sent to all of the participants of the 4th World Telecommunication Policy Forum, and "members" of ITU. One of the members from Malaysia has examined the draft Memorandum and has requested the administration to allow them to sign the MoU on their part. We would convey to you any comments when we receive them from any of our licensed operators.

From the administration's point of view, we have no objection to the content of the draft MoU.
